The traceability data of this batch covers fresh chicken breast meat, tuna (bonito), krill, whole fat goat milk powder, Chemasencherda cheese, fish oil, pumpkin, barley seedling powder, coconut flavor powder, cellulose and yucca powder and other main raw materials, including supplier inspection data, raw material acceptance records and relevant batch information.
Among them, fresh chicken breast meat, tuna (bonito), krill and other animal raw materials have all gone through factory acceptance and supplier inspection and verification; dairy and flavor raw materials such as whole goat milk powder, Chemasencherda cheese, and coconut flavor powder have corresponding acceptance records, inspection reports and source data; raw materials from plant sources such as pumpkin, barley seedling powder, cellulose and yucca powder have also been verified for relevant data and indicators.
After the verification of raw material data is completed, the finished product of the cat milk tea series still needs to undergo factory inspection. There are currently three finished product factory inspection reports in this batch. Items such as sensory, nutritional indicators and net content are tested in accordance withGB/T 31217. The results of the three reports are allqualified and meet the requirements of the corresponding standards.
From raw material procurement, factory acceptance, to production and use and finished product release, corresponding inspection or batch records are maintained for each link.
